On the Pill
These pre-natal, pregnancy and post-natal vitamins are S-E-R-I-O-U-S. I definitely think they are part to blame for my nausea, so I’ve resorted to taking them just before I go to bed at night. You are supposed to take them on a full stomach, like after you’ve eaten, but it seems to me that as soon as you inhale the pills they melt away all the food in the stomach, almost like acid. Thus, leaving you so hungry at night. I can hear my mom say . . . don’t eat late . . . just go to bed. But the hunger pains!!!! LOL.
Am I exaggerating? Not at all.
By the way, I’m officially banning crackers, peanut butter and ginger ale from my pantry. I will survive without them and frankly NOTHING works to prevent nausea. NOTHING!!!!
